There is really nothing to say about the topic this week, complete randomness that is intended to be a podcast about social networks and degenerated until they know who was . In one of those occasions when some of the closest among us podcasters gathered in the Oovoo, good for Desdeabajopodcast Zed Kosner told us her idea for this initiative, one week a year in which communities recognize internet geeks the hard, thankless underpaid and getting the edge, translate, subtitle and upload anime episodes, entire movie, and sleeve numbers. And DAMN! it was time. It is painful that the people quite uninterested get for their work is a lot of trolls on their websites as if demanding pay for the service. People who profits from their work and not grateful, and lots of leechers who do not take no less than a minute to say "THANKS".

Please, if you've fallen into some of this, at least during the week of April 15, take a moment to thank you, we will spend some segments of the program to spread the best fansubs and also on the blog. Because without them, all would have to know Japanese, or have you come to our home countries have an official version.

Fallout 3: Table of Exel

For a while I started a new file in the Fallout, and I wanted to have a little more "control" on my skills, stats and perks, I was a little frustrated by the many things that brings the fallout, so I decided to simplify it somewhat easier to keep track not to miss and not find things that had already caught.

And to not have a book full of numbers and annotations that would only be a ridiculous waste of paper, and even more if I decide to make another file later, I started to make this table in excel to keep track.

Even in beta stage and only got the main thing, I will update as more things to find as not to complicate my life totally to do so.

So far it has worked well, just have the stats and skills that change automatically as you use things like Skill Books and many of the perks that modify skills.

One of the things that I have not even made to fix the Comprehension Perk that makes the books give you +2 skill points instead of one after poenertelo, so far as you say you have this perk, you multiply the skill points earned by what you acquire books even after have used some, so that the table is done assuming you did not use any until after obtaining that skill to get the most benefit.

Other than that the rest works very well, also put aside a list of books and their locations in order to keep track of which have gripped so they are not looking for books that have been obtained previously.

As mentioned earlier, this would be 1.0, and will be updated as possible and as appropriate, and obviously, if they liked the idea and use it.

Now I will explain how it works, to start base especially in numbers, so if you have a perk or a book, just put 1 as a signal that you have received, also helpful for some skills that can be acquired several times, so for example if they obtained "Covert Ops" in the campaign Anchorage just put "1" next to that skill.

Some require them to select something other than, as is the case of "Tag!", "Intence Training" or "Survival Expert" mark than they have it, I put aside a table to mark which was their choice, or in the case of Survival Expert, the type of skill they got.

Well, having already finished what we have been pending since the 7VA season and a good start with the 8th we came to a podcast that may cause controversy, and possibly one of the most insulting that we have done.

conspiratorial theories have always been and will continue to exist in this world, from the prophecies that arose at the beginning of our civilization, to "earthquake machine" that is currently in vogue by recent events in Asia.

Next I put the podcast, but before that I want to mention that under the'll put some things we could not comment, but mostly for the limited audio podcast gives us or simply would be too long to explain in a discussion between several people.

As mentioned in the podcast, many conspiracies arise from fear or uncertainty that arise with the massive amount of information in which we live today.

While there are many things I could say, not to spoil a possible 2nd part, probably better made and more information at hand, I will just talk about something that truly take a looong time to analyze it in the podcast and it's better you hear it for yourself.

"Number Stations"

Or as serious in English, numbers stations, radio stations are found at frequencies higher than the standard AM radio, which stops at 1.7 mhz, in what is known as the short-wave radio, where if you are lucky enough to have a radius that reaches to grasp these frequencies can hear a lot of stations around the world.

Many of these stations are public and contain the same content as many commercial stations that we all know, but "hidden" within them, or at very high frequencies, can listen to stations that are not in any index and that may seem useless to the common listener simply ignored as "an error in the matrix."

These are the seasons of numbers, in which

s most of the time did not hear anything, or just random colors might appear that someone left an open transmission.

But many people who are intrigued by the mystery of what the purpose of these stations ghost and went to investigate, and then not too long, they concluded that these stations are used by the "government" to communicate with spies.

While this may seem crazy thing obsessed, just a common search on youtube to realize this, simply look for "numbers stations" and see what I mean.

If you did this, will have met with a lot of static and electronic voices, mostly female, passing a bunch of numbers and names that most people have no sense, and moreover, from virtually anywhere in the world.

Many of these come from what was the Cold War, and the true purpose is unknown, it could be something as simple as a mere political or industrial espionage, or something horrible like a conspiracy of mind control here you are free to believe what they want, because as I mentioned before, no one knows who is responsible or what purpose they are there first.

The mystery surrounding these stations makes fascinating, or at least to me Apparently so, as I said, everything that I leave to your opinion, if the subject interested them, they can search google, as there are many pages dedicated to analyze and make an index of these, and if you happen to have a radio wave short, try to find some for yourself.

Needless to say I will leave with 2 of the most intriguing, or at least the most famous because of its mystery.

UVB 76 The Buzzer

This station has been transmitting for at least since 1982, and is known to is transmitted from somewhere in Russia continuously to date, yes, that annoying sound has been playing for almost 30 years until we know, and only sabemo

s of 3 times when the sound is inturrumpio, being the the 1st registered in 1997 on the eve of Christmas, where you hear a voice saying various names and numbers in Russian. On this page are many records in the station.

The Backwards Music Station

If the previous season did not consider building a bunker in case the facts of the Fallout series really happen, I present another probably will.

This is the "music station the other way around" really is not music played upside down, just the way it is called and the recording of the video said it was in 2004 and left shortly thereafter to convey, but there is another video, (look for it yourself) who claims to be 2009, and comments these videos, there are people who claim to have heard recently.

Unlike UVB 76 has not heard anything except the sound seems to come from the depths of hell itself, and people at a difficult time deciphering the chart below, for people who know who the hell is watching, apparently shows how sophisticated are the efforts to hide the signal within the natural noise of the transmissions.

signal apparently has been heard at various frequencies, and appears to come from within the United States and the other in Europe.

As mentioned before, the most mysterious of this season is his sudden disappearance, and even more sudden, resurgence, besides that it seems to transmit at frequencies similar to that of U.S. sailors, besides this that has not heard any voice message as in other seasons, which could mean that the message is still hidden in the sound you can hear on the station as before, which is being transmitted could be as simple as ordering a Burger King and Pizza Hut to feed the troops, as you could be a message of World Domination (Of COURSE !!!!).

Well after a short absence we are back with a new podcast, and to compensate a bit, the issue was one of the suggestions from listeners, which We arrived via facebook. The truth we find the subject very interesting and will develop over several videogames programs.The other forms of entertainment, bored with time, so they must constantly innovate and in this case we analyze how they did in controls. Well, there is obvious why consoles are still focused on the public and which have already forgotten. In this image they share are a number of controls of the consoles I have.
